1999 GMC Yukon water leak from head

I bought this truck three weeks ago and everything seemed fine, till yesterday. I found antifreeze under the truck in the moring. It looks like it is coming from between the head and block ( head gasket). A friend said that 350 gmc engines where bad about cracked heads. there is no white smoke, no oil in the water or bubbles in the radiator?

Make sure the engine is cold and try retorquing it down by specs and in sequences don't work time to open it up and investigate
