HOW DO I MANUAL ADJUST REAR DRUM BREAKS ON '99 GMC YUKON 1500 WITH LEADING / TRAILING BREAKS. THERE SEEMS TO BE NO ACCESS HOLE IN BACKING PLATE INLINE WITH STAR WHEEL.

Remove the wheel, remove the drum, locate the adjuster and adjust the brakes as needed.
