My heated seats driver and passenger sides stopped working. It happened aroud the same time I stopped using my cigarette lighter the fuse keeps blowing out when i use it. when i replace the fuse and try the lighter it blows again so i stopped using it can this have something to do with it?

lighter fuse won't have anything to do with it. Check you heater pads. They should not have any open circuits.
