I have been having a problem with my yukon. When it has been sitting it doesn't want to start. I have narrowed it down to a fuel injection problem (I spray starting fluid into intake and it starts right up but shuts off when fluid is burned). However, if I can get it a little warm, it will start without starting fluid the rest of the day. I have replaced the fuel pressure regulator, and the ecm. When I plug my obd2 scanner in, it gives me a code P1336. Any ideas?

If you changed the ECM and you are getting a P1336 code (which means that the crank sensor has not learned the crank shaft position variation) - you should have the "crank sensor re-learn proceedure" done at a dealership.
Was this code present before you changed the ECM?

I am not as concerned with the 1336 code as I am with the failure of the fuel injection system to function until the vehicle is run on starting fluid (i.E. Warmed up). I figure as far as the code goes, I could just throw the original ecm back in.

If the computer is not getting the information from the crank and/or cam position sensor, it will not allow the injectors to inject fuel. This may be the cause of your issue. Once again, was the code present before the ecm change?
What is the fuel pressure?
Check the coolant temperature sensor for proper function.

BTW- A trouble code will lead you to the "trouble" or problem with your vehicle. Your ecm takes information from many different sensors to determine if it is the right time and if it is safe to let fuel into your combustion chamber. Follow where the trouble code leads you.
