my wife had our engine flushed & about 200 miles later the motor had a tapping sound coming from the crank case. I believe it is the crank bearings that spun from the engine flush. I need expert advise.

The engine flush shouldn't have caused this type of problem. However, one never knows. I need to know something. A bearing will make a knocking sound and not a ticking. A lifter or rocker will tick. Which does it sound more like?
