I have changed the oil and also did a tuneup and i still every now and then have very little power. i try to go in to passing guear and has a hard time kicking in to passing and chuges what could be wrong

Have you checked to see if the catylatic converter is plugged? Also, have you checked fuel pump pressure? Has the check engine light come on?
