I have owned my Yukon for about a month and have had no luck getting the truck towed. 4WD is in 2HI and the shifter is in neutral. The driver rear wheel is dragging. What could be the problem? Many thanks to you for an answer. Will donate as soon as I find out how much $ this is going to cost me.

Probably a frosen e-brake cable or caliper would be my first thoughts,
Try disconnecting the cable at the at wheel and test it. IF still sticking, pull the caliper and try spinng the wheel.
