I'd have to check feed to and from the ignition switch. Battery has a full charge, all battery connections coming and going, clean and tight? The diagram is part of starter circuit, the purple wire, lower, goes to starter solenoid S terminal.

Ok, maybe an issue with ignition switch? There is usually more than one voltage feed to ignition switch, I can't see what your doing from here.

The red wires on top of switch should be feed to the switch. The wires off bottom of switch are feed from the switch, goes hot with key on, or crank, could be both.

Thank you for the info. One of the incoming feeds was dead and I realized its was just a blown fuse. At first glance I could not tell the fuse was blown until I tested it. Problem solved thank you for the quick reply.

Glad you got it going your way. Usually the fuses have a bare spot over each leg. If you use a voltage tester and both legs are hot, you know the fuse is good and there is voltage on the circuit.
