1999 GMC Truck inside air

Air works great with fan on setting 1, and setting 2...
If you go to 3 it works for maybe 10 mins.....then gets
slightly warm for about 3 mins.........then works for
another 10 mins........if you leave on 2 it works fine.....

recently had check for leak--none dected--

when they checked for leaks did they also check the pressure?
