My 87 gmc v2500 4x4's wiper system is misbehaving. The intermittent feature doesn't work but low and high speed are fine. When I shut them off, the wipers won't park unless I turn it slightly past the off position ( clockwise). The fuse is fine and there are no smells when using them. If it is the wiper control module, where is it located?

Welcome to the forum, if you have a pulse module, my info says it is located under the dash to the left of steering column.
