Can you suggest where the problem may be if I can't get the brake lights to work. It is not the fuse or bulbs (all lights are out too including the third brake light) and I replaced the brake switch.

Did you use a testlite to check for voltage at the fuse circuit? The fuse that supplies voltage to the brake switch, is hot all the time. Check orange wire at the brake switch for voltage. when the brake switch is activated, the white wire goes hot, carries voltage to brake lites. If all the voltage circuits are good for the brake lites, then check the ground circuits.
