1998 GMC Suburban Fuel Pressure and code 300

Can anyone please tell me what Fuel Pressure should be running on this truck. The book says one thing and I was told by the parts store another.

CSI system 60-66psi

P0300 Random misfires normally caused by vacuum leaks and bad fuel

Do you know what the KOER fuel pressure would be?

Its suppose to maintain that pressure and drops when the injector opens dunno how much though
