WHEN YOU TURN WIPERS ON THEN OFF THEY KEEP GOING FOR ABOUT 1 MIN THEN STOP ANYWHERE EXPECT DOWN YOU HAVE TO TURN ON &OFF 4-5 TIMES TO GET THEM DOWN TO BOTTOM OF WINDSHEILD

this is a common problem with them . what you describe is it's not parking the wiper. these were under a fix for a couple of years. you need to replace the circuit board under the cover of the wiper motor. They used to cost about $50 at a dealser but i'm sure they jacked the price up since then. Try an auto parts store as they may be available there. If you are mechanically inclined you should be able to fix this.
