1997 GMC Suburban power booster/brake booster

ok i have a bad break booster went and got the new one. didnt look to hard to change so i got started now i cant get the retaining clip off the pin that connects to the pedal. any ideas on how to do it since theres not alot of room to work under the dash.

Some are just cotter type pins that just pull straight back, others need the tab lifted then push off...yours looks like a spin motion and pull..
