1996 GMC Suburban V8 Automatic

engine starts perfectly runs at idleing but as soon as i put it in drive it shuts off immediately restart no problem and repeat same problem

try cleaning the throttleplate on both sides with choke cleaner as well as the idle air control valve......they get gunked up and cause this alot of times.
