1996 GMC Suburban brake lights won't come on

1996 GMC Suburban V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My brakes lights won't come on. I had a mechanic look at it and he can't seem to find the problem. We have replaced the bulb, checked the fuse, adn replaced the brake light switch.

Your problem is with the turn signal switch. Brake light circuit runs through switch so brak light can be on with turn.
