1995 GMC Suburban heater blower only works on HIGH

179,000 MILES • V8 • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

All fan speed settings do not work except highest. Checked under-hood fuse panel, could not find one that worked the fan, nor the dash mounted panel.

Is there a fuse for the lower speeds?
If not how do I access the part needing replacement?

Hi:
It sounds like a bad blower motor resister. I believe it's located on the passanger side firewall.
