1995 GMC Suburban Emissions Test

I just had my truck inspected and it passed all test except high rpm hydrocarbon.Can you tell me what may cause this?Could it be as simple as a tune-up?I think the reading was 750 or so and max allowed is 300 I think.Thanks for your help.romcjr

Oil change may help. New plugs, and bring it in for the test when fully warmed up. Dont shut it off while you wait your turn!
