Suspension problem
1978 GMC Sprint/Caballero V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My car shakes to the point of no control I cant even hold on to the steering wheel when I hit bumps on my passenger side, now the thing with the car is I have hydraulics on it.

Sounds like it may be a bad idler arm or tie rod end. You will ned to lift and support the front end and move the wheel by hand to see where the play is in the wheel. May even possibly be ball joints. Problem with hydraulics is that depeding on where you have it riding height wise, it could be anywhere from close to way off on alignment so it will wear parts way faster than normal
