when very cold the truck stalls when given too much gas

try cleaning the throttle plate with choke leaner with teh engine off to help ths. Also make sure your warm air duct ging to teh exaust manifold is not off. then check to make sure the vacuum line in your air cleaner isn't disconnected and not letting the valve open.
