my truck has a bad groaning, sound when i drive over any uneven surface.the sound comes from the area of the torsion bar suspension in the left front wheel area.the sound is constant as long as the truck is going over up and down movements.since i know nothing about torsion bars ,any help will be welcomed. i am afraid that the wheel is going to come off on me.

I would suspect faulty/worn wheel bearings or ball joint. Raise and safely support vehicle. Try to wiggle the wheel. Does it have play in it from inward and outward with hands at 3 and 9 o'clock? If so, bad wheel bearings. Play in it from inward and outward movements with hands at 12 and 6 o'clock? Bad ball joint, tie rods, or idler arm .
