2001 GMC Sonoma change thermostat and still no heat

what schould I do next?

I did flush out the heater core and that did it. Thank you so much. I fix the Sr. cars around here at no cost. I am retired and glad to be able to do it.

Have you bled the system? Also, I need you to check something. With the engine warm, the heater on high, and the hood open, feel if both heater core hoses are hot.

Let me know what you find.
