The ABS light and Brake light come on and goes off whenever it pleases, someone said it's because the battery wasn't charged enough however, after charging the battery the lights still have a mind of their own.

have apro see if he can get any codes from this as there may be an abs problem as well as a brake problem. Your grounds could be bad or corroded as well....
