truck woudnt start so i put in a new starter and it started but when shutting off it kept making a sound like it was trying to start so i had to disconnect the battery so it would stop, I tried to start it later and wouldnt start at all?

Check to see if power is getting to the starter anymore. IF it was cranking while in the off position, you may have a bad ignition switch.
