My kid sprayed PB blaster on the rubber bushings of the shocks and leaf springs and know it squeaks like crazy. I think this swells the rubber bushing. What can I do to clean off the PB blaster and what should they be lubricated with

Shocks are not lubed...clean off with brake kleen.
