Have you checked the blower motor resistor yet?

the truck belongs to a friend that I am trying to help.This is what I thought it might be but wasn't positive.How do you actually check it do you ohm it out and how?

I posted the location's of the resistor and the relay there in the engine compartment i also posted the trouble tree for the blower only work's on high.I also emailed you the trouble tree.
