1994 GMC Sonoma passenger window

When I open or close the window, I hear a clunking noise. I can still raise and lower the window , but it has a lot of pressure on it. What do I need to adjust? Thanks

take off door panel and see if it is off the track. your channel that has the lift mech. might be worn or damaged
