I have about 35000 miles on a rebuilt motor on my 94 Sonoma. The A/C compressor, dryer and orifice tube is also about two weeks old having recently (a year) replaced the two switches in back of the compressor and other various lines.
The problem now is the A/C cycling on and off a couple of times and then staying off. I can open the hood and "move" the plug on back of the compressor and the clutch will engage and the A/C will begin to cool. But then shortly stop again.
Is the only problem I'm seeing here a bad plug?

try pushing the connection on as it may not be on all the way. otherwise it probably needs a new connection to hold it better.
