After I had clutch & fuel replaced, the ABS brake light stays on, could the mechanic have knocked something off or coinsidence?. I've had brake guys look at it but no one seems to know. I went online for recalls & it seems there was one for this item (Recall ID #'s 72432 & 72371).

Try clearing it do below

Turn ignition on. Using a jumper wire, connect DLC terminal "H" to terminal "A" for 2 seconds. Remove jumper wire for one second. Again, jumper DLC connector terminal "H" to "A" for 2 seconds. Remove jumper wire. Fault codes are cleared when ANTILOCK and BRAKE lights illuminate, then turn off. Turn ignition off. Check to verify codes are cleared. See RETRIEVING CODES.
