Electrical problem
1993 GMC Sonoma 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I just bought a new battery and was told would solve problem but it seems sometimes the battery charges and somestimes not(get red battery warning ).But was told my alternater was good.What could be the problem?
