1991 GMC Sonoma The heater controls do not work.

I do not know if there is something I can do to find my heater trouble or not. The previous owner said if would come on about midway with the contel on medium bur I am not getting anything no blower, no heat feed back from the engine. Is there something I can do before I ake it in to Midas for analysis?

Check for power at the blower connector, and the resistor, right next to it...if there is power at the connectors replace the blower, if not check the switch.
