will not work when it is hot

GMC Sierra, 2003, 4x4, deisel, 75450 M ,
after it work for 30 Min and above and if I switch it off , it will not start again untill I wait at least 90 Min. to be cool. the Temp is normal No signals on the board,
Please help I am not able to stop it otherwise
I have to sit near it looking for the 90 Min to be over

When you say it won't start do you mean it cranks over but won't start or that the engine will not crank over?
