A/C unit on '96 GMC Sierra

My AC unit is not kicking in. Fan works and blows air. Compressor is not turning. All lights on my dash are on but when I put a multimeter on it I'm not getting any voltage. I replaced the unit about 4 years ago compressor aand all. Can anyone tell me what to troubleshoot?

Already got it fixed. It was just low on refrigerant. Thanks
