Needle on the speedometer does not return to '0". When driven , readings vary from 0- 120, Is this a major labor job ? is there an easy fix? Mechanical or is there a sending unit I can replace?

Your best bet is replacing your gauge cluster thats the simplest and cheapest fix. I have also experienced that problem the dealership is charging me 1k to fixing it. It comes out better off going to a junkyard
