Is there a tool to remove the rear rotors,they are not coming off.

no. hit it real hard with a hammer. ***usually if they are coming off real hard then the e brake shoes are applied or are rusted to the rear of the rotor, so you may have to be prepared to replace e brake shoes and all the hardware as well. this is very common
