2002 GMC Sierra Undetected Noise at the Back of the Truck

When I start to Accelerate, a bird like chirping sound starts up which is coming from the back of the truckand chirps faster along with the truck moving faster down the road. When I let up on the gas petal the sound stops? Is it my gas pump?

It sounds like you may have a bad universal joint on the back of the driveshaft.
