Compressor is running, thought low coolant might be at root of issue, but "low pressure" side reads 150 psi. at 95*F. Please help. have given wife my tahoe until this is fixed.

If your really on low side valve then compressor faulty headgasket failure. Get a set of gagues on both high and low post results.
