2000 GMC Sierra po174 code on bank 2

2000 GMC SIERRA
120,000 MILES • V8 • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

I have po174 code on bank 2 but I cannot find the problem but I do have a big exhaust leak between the manifold and the head pipe on bank 2 would that cause a lean mixture. Please help me as much as you can. Thanks.

yep a faulty exhaust system will definitely cause this code to appear. may also want to check the oxygen sensors out, if wiring is OK then test the sensors themselves, they will also set this code.
