I have 2000 gmc with a 5.3 ltr that has no spark. It had a p0335 crank sensor code and I changed the sensor and cleared the code but still no spark

Hello, have you tried unpluging the cam sensor then try starting?
Can you check the circuits at the crank sensor? Lite green is ignition feed, dark blue with white stripe is signal, yellow with black stripe- ground.

Tried to disconnect the cam sensor and its the same thing. Sometimes when I turn it over it acts like it wants to start then nothing. Maybe fuel pressure but when I put a spark tester on it shows nothing so im not sure whats going on. With the scanner connected it says check ingine light is off but im looking at it and it is on so what does that mean? Major electrical issue?

If your scanner shows live engine data, you can crank it and look for rpm signal?
Have a helper crank it, check for injector pulse, you might be able to feel the injector vibrate, or hear it click.
