yellow milky substance on oil cap, took it to a mechanic they told me that it could be the throttle body gasket also told me it was condensation, now im wondering if the coolant flows inbetween the intake and throttle body or just threw the throttle body.

It could be a throttle body gasket. you would need to remove a valve cover to see if it is inside the cover. It is most likley just condensation.
