I have a 2000 gmc sierra 1500 5.3L 323 I went offroading through a pond and ever since then its been stalling out on me. Now I have replaced the spark plug wires and plugs gave it an oil change and put dry gas in the tank which didnt seem to help very much. What else is there that I could check for to get my truck running back to normal. Thanks

You need to visually inspect all electrical modules that were exposed to the water for any signs of water intrusion. If they have water in them or have corrosion, replace them.
