When I have my truck in 4 wheel drive (4-lo or 4-hi) and I accelerate quickly or I’m putting a lot of torque on the vehicle, there is a loud metallic popping noise. It sounds like its coming from the front end, but I’m not 100% sure. During normal driving (straight or turning left or right) there is no noise.

it is obvious its coming from the drivetrain, check all of your u-joints including the front axle, and make sure you check your mounts like your transmission and transfer case, and check your engine mounts while you're at it, any other questions let me know check all of your u-joints including the front axle, and make sure you check your mounts like your transmission and transfer case, and check your engine mounts while you're at it, any other questions let me know"
