1999 GMC Sierra high pitch sqeeking sound/low rumble

I have a 2 part question.

1. i have a high pitch sqeeking sound coming from under my truck when i am backing up and going forward. i have been told that it might be my universal joints and i need to change them out for both drive shafts. any i deas? 2. i also have a low rumble sound coming from the left front when driving forward, been told that it might be my hub bearings and they might need to be changed.
