1999 GMC Sierra clicking

while driving last night I noticed my oil pressure drop and heard a clicking noise. I pulled into gas station and checked oil it was down a qaurt so I fill up and start it clicking goes away so I drive about 110 miles and pressure drops again and same noise. This time it goes away when I slow down and drive in the 30mph zone??

how fast does it click? will it do it in idle when engin rpm brought up?

just plain idling?

how longs it do it for? wheres it ound like its coming from
