when i turn the to just the on position the truck want to start
starter froze in engaged?
lot of ice and snow here

this is going to sound crazy but before you turn tehkey on try smacking the starter with a hammer. the solenoid mayb be burnt up and sticking causing this or you mayb have a wire that has burnt and touching.
