Alright so my fan works great heater works awsome its snowy as hell. well when i turn it on just depends on the mood the thing is in my battery meater will read around 16 or so then it will jump down to almost 9 so im not sure. sounds like the bearings in the fan are out but i feel like its something to do with electrical.
