1997 GMC Sierra accessery fuse

I am not getting electric to the accesery ports or lighter port and I can not find a blown fuse under the hood. Is there another place that I can look?

Have you checked the fuses under the dash on the driver's side?

I have looked at that on my truck and did not find any fusses should there be fuses in all of these panel ?
