How to replace rear brake pads on a 1996 GMC 2500

hi Replace rear shoes well get your brke shoe pliers and hold down spring tool and then remove the drums this was where I had my problem I had to make a puller up out of some old channel stock cut and weld a little grinding and a 1/2 inch threaded rod. I have 13 inch shoes remember to get A NEW SPRING KIT AND SLYGLYDE FOR touchpoint lubrication. The SHORTER shoe is mounter toward the front of the truck this is very important. Also lube up your spinners and your ebrake cable.
