the gasket under the throttle body most likely has a hole in it. try spraying carb cleaner at the base of the throttle body where it bolts to the intake. if it changes the idle then remove the throttle body and replace the gasket. it only costs a couple dollars. while you have the throttle body off clean all the vacuum ports out under neath it.
