1992 GMC Sierra Loose steering wheel

Howdy,,I have a tilt wheel and it is loose.When tilt is selected,,it apears to lock ok,,but has up, down,,and side to side play in it.Can this be fixed or do I need to replace it???Any idears are most welcome..

Remove the wheel and work your way to the bolts below the tilt. It needs tightened.
